Sylvester Stallone and Jennifer Flavin, who is 22 years younger than the star, married in 1997 and have three daughters, Sophie Rose (born 1996), Sistine Rose (1998) and Scarlet Rose (2002).

Sylvester Stallone replaces the tattoo of his wife’s face with his late dog’s ink on his arm. The star actor has since declared his love for his demised dog and ‘Rocky’ castmate, Butkus. The dog featured in Rocky and its sequel has replaced the face of the 76-year-old actor’s wife on his bicep. The act was not intentional. It was due to an unfortunate incident. Originally, Stallone wanted to refresh the tattoo of his wife, Jennifer Flavin, an American Model. However, the result of the tattoo revamping session was dissatisfying and unfixable.

Stallone's publicist Michelle Bega shared more information about the actor's new tattoo in an interview with The Daily Mail. "Mr. Stallone intended to refresh the tattoo image of his wife Jennifer; however, the results were unsatisfactory and, unfortunately, unfixable," she said. "Mr. Stallone loves his family. The Stallones are presently filming a reality show together which will debut on Paramount+." Stallone and Flavin marked the important milestone of their 25th anniversary with respective Instagram tributes to each other.
